Two different page templates, in color and black and white.

• template 1 has room for up to 4 kids to write their name, favorite subject, favorite book, favorite or funniest memory, and their proudest moment/accomplishment during the past year.
• template 2 has the same information as page 1, but for up to 2 children. In addition there is space to draw a self-portrait, and write their future career aspirations.

This product is for single-family use only. You are free to download and print as many copies as needed to share with those in your immediate family (those who reside in your home) only.
