STORE POLICY

Thank you for visiting Wildrose Media's shop!

We have made every effort to describe and display as accurately as possible the products which appear in our store. Please read product descriptions carefully as refunds or exchanges are not offered for digital products.

Please note, product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT

When you (the 'User') purchase an item from our shop you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

User grants Wildrose Media (or our third-party payment processors, PayPal and Stripe) the authority to charge the card(s) provided during the registration process.

User is responsible for payment of all applicable fees and taxes for their purchase from Wildrose Media. If payment is not received in full, Wildrose Media reserves the right to withhold products or suspend services until such payment is complete.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

Physical Products (books, calendars, stickers, and subscription boxes)

Physical products will be shipped via USPS. You will receive an option for tracking notification upon checkout. Please allow 3-10 business days for your domestic order to arrive. Subscription services will be shipped as noted in product description, either monthly or quarterly.

If shipping is delayed prior to arrival at the Post Office you will be notified via the email provided with your order. Please note, Wldrose Media cannot be held responsible for USPS handling and delays once the package leaves our custody.

Shipping is available within the United States only.

Digital Downloads (PDF files- no product will be shipped)

Digital products will be available for immediate download once payment has been confirmed. Product files will be delivered to the email provided, please check your spam box if this email is not in your inbox.

Digital files are sent in PDF format. Before purchasing a digital download from our store, please make certain you have the programs (such as a PDF reader) to download, access, and use the product you are purchasing. If this is not possible, some digital products have been made into physical books which may be purchased on our site or through our Amazon Author page.

Examples of products available in book form from our Amazon Author page include:

  • Headache Diary
  • The Ultimate Fishing Journal for Kids

Standard print size for our digital products is set at 8.5” x 11” unless otherwise noted or displayed.

Products may have been created in portrait or landscape orientation, please check your printer settings prior to printing. Sizes may be adjusted using your printer settings, refer to your user manual for details.

Please note digital products are for personal use only.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and CANCELLATIONS

I do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders, including personalized calendars, stickers, or books
  • Digital downloads

If your purchase was made through a third-party link, such as Amazon please contact the third party to process the cancellation.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (PDF files)

Due to the nature of the content, all digital sales are final. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Your files will be available to download once payment has been confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes. We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from PayPal or your credit card service.

I cannot undo a download delivery for digital product purchases. Therefore, I cannot offer you a refund. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, do contact me. I will try my best to resolve your dissatisfaction.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – Books, Stickers, Calendars, and Subscription Boxes

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized physical books, stickers, and calendars that are in the new, unused condition in which they were received. Return shipping is to be paid by Buyer.

Returns and exchange requests will be accepted within 14 days of the item(s) delivery date as confirmed by USPS tracking. Once the return or exchange process is initiated, please ship item(s) back within 14 days of return request approval. Your original payment method will be credited (less shipping and handling costs) following receipt of the returned item(s).

For exchanges, the exchanged product will be shipped following receipt of the unwanted item in new, unused condition.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request here.

For products purchased from Third-Party sites, such as Amazon, please contact the third party which provided the item to initiate the return and refund process.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, or LOST ITEMS

We do our best to ensure your items are carefully wrapped and packaged prior to shipping. In the event that an item is received in unacceptable condition or is lost/not delivered please follow the following guidelines.

For products purchased and shipped from Wildrose Media:

If you have received an item which is in unacceptable condition, please contact us with photo of the defective or damaged item within 14 days of receipt to initiate a replacement claim.

If the item was damaged (or lost) due to postal error, please initiate a claim with your local USPS store. We cannot be held responsible for postal service errors.

For products purchased and shipped from Third-Party sites, such as Amazon:

As many of these products are printed by a third party and shipped on demand, the possibility of receiving a misprinted or damaged product- though remote, does exist. Your complete satisfaction is important to us, please understand that these errors are beyond our control as we do not see the item(s) prior to shipping.

If you have received an item in unacceptable or unusable condition, please contact the third party which provided the item to initiate the return and refund process.

COUPONS and DISCOUNT CODES

One coupon/discount per order.

Coupon/discount codes must be presented/entered at time of purchase. Janice Wilhelm, dba Wildrose Media reserve the right to limit coupon use, and/or disable coupon/discount codes for any reason without notice.

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

We are pleased to offer a variety of subscription boxes to our customers. Please read the product descriptions carefully for expected content, appropriate age group, theme, and shipping dates. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

Subscription boxes are offered monthly and quarterly. Purchase plans can be one-time, or 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscriptions. Please see products for details.

Subscription box products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children aged 3 or under.

If you are unhappy with our subscription box service, please contact us with your concerns and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Of course, if you are happy with our products please share our site with others! An honest review is appreciated and always welcome.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX CANCELLATION and RETURNS

Subscription boxes may be cancelled at any time, however if you cancel after the written and published shipping date, the cancellation will not be effective until the next month’s box (see specific shipping and cancellation dates for each subscription box type below).

Returns are processed to the original payment type once the item has been returned in new, unused condition. Missing, damaged, or items returned in used condition will not be refunded. In addition, initial shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please include your name and order number for faster processing.

If you have submitted a cancellation request and have not received a confirmation email that your request is in process, please contact us here. We are sorry but are unable to cancel items without proper and timely notification. Accounts will be charged unless notice to cancel is received prior to the cutoff date as detailed below.

This is the shipping date and cancellation deadline for each Subscription Box type:

  1. Craft & Activity Box

Ships quarterly (four times per year).

The Spring Box ships on February 25th, cancellation request must be received by February 20th

The Summer Box ships on May 25th, cancellation request must be received by May 20th

The Fall Box Ships on August 25th, cancellation request must be received by August 20th

The Winter Box ships on November 25th, cancellation request must be received by November 20th

 

  1. Scrapbook, Journal, and Sticker Club

Ships monthly on the 25th.

Cancellation notifications must be received by the 23rd of each month as shipping labels are paid and printed on the 24th (this provides us a 24 hour notice).

  1. Art Supply Box

One-time purchase. This product ships within 48 hours of purchase, so cancellation must be made before the shipping label is created (usually within 24 hours). Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your Art Supply Box purchase.

In the event of a return, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any opened, missing, or used items will not be refunded.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You’ll also be asked to pick a username and unique password to protect your account. Together this information is used to access your account. It’s your responsibility to keep your login information confidential and you’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account whether you authorized it or not. If you believe that an unauthorized person has accessed your account, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can investigate.

TERMINATION of USE/ACCOUNT CLOSURE

We may, in our discretion, close or suspend the account of any Member at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

Closure by You

You have the right to close your account at any time. You can close your account from the My Account page or by contacting us for assistance.

Effect of Account Closure

After your account is closed, you’ll no longer have access to your account information, past purchases, uploaded resources, and many of the features of our services that require an account. If you close your account on your own, you can reopen your account anytime by logging in again. If you’d like for Wildrose Media to close your account so that it cannot be reopened upon login, please contact us.

DISCONTINUATION of SERVICES

We may change, suspend, or discontinue offering our services at any time. Any suspension or discontinuation in our services may mean that that your account, including any resources or other materials you may have purchased from our services, and any resources or communications (collectively “Content “) you may have uploaded to our services, may not be available to you or to other Users.

We are not liable to you for any impact a change, suspension, or discontinuation of our services may have including the loss of access to any resources that you’ve purchased.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES and OMMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information of cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without any prior notice.
