Store Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email and/or billing phone number you provided at the time the order was made.

Troubleshooting Download Files

Our shop does not give consultations related to the printing process and the properties of your printer.

If you cannot find your download email, check your spam or junk inbox folders. If you use gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tab. If it is still not there, add wildrosemedia.com to your safe list.

If your computer is unable to open the file, check to be sure you have the program (a PDF Reader) required to open the file type.

If your computer states the file has been corrupter, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still cannot open the file, please contact us at wildrosemedia18@gmail.com for further assistance. 

Memberships and Fees

You are responsible for paying any amounts due, including applicable taxes when you make purchases on Wildrose Media’s website. By placing your order you represent and warrant that the billing information you’ve provided is accurate.
